Mindtickle does not publish prices: its pricing URL returns a 404, and every route on mindtickle.com leads to a demo. Pricing is quoted per contract and depends on three things — the package (LMS, Readiness, Enable or Transform), the number of seats, and add-ons such as Call AI, Digital Sales Rooms, Asset Hub and two-way AI role play, which the subscription terms say is sold separately. The best public benchmark is Vendr’s buyer data, last updated February 2026: a median contract of about $44,000 a year, one- to three-year terms, and onboarding fees of $10,000–50,000 or more. Per-seat figures quoted elsewhere run from $15 per user per month to $200 per user per year, disagree with each other, and mostly trace back to undated or secondhand sources. Treat any single per-seat number with caution and budget from the contract median instead.

Why the numbers disagree

Most “Mindtickle pricing” pages repeat one of two sources: Vendr’s contract data or an undated per-seat figure. The two do not reconcile. Vendr’s own page shows a $44,356 median while also listing a $50,000–150,000 range for 10–50 users, and a Readiness price of $100–200 per user per year implies only $5,000–10,000 for 50 users. Copies of the Vendr data on other sites quote slightly different medians and sample sizes because they captured the page at different times. The contract median is the most defensible figure; the size bands and per-seat numbers are not.

Figures you may see elsewhere that we could not trace to a primary source — including a ~$92,000 “average” and a 20–40% uplift for Digital Sales Rooms — are left out of this page.

What drives your Mindtickle price

  • Package — LMS, Readiness, Enable or Transform.
  • Seat count — the vendor does not publish a minimum.
  • Add-ons — Call AI, Digital Sales Rooms, Asset Hub and two-way AI role play each add cost.
  • Term length — one to three years per Vendr; longer terms typically trade price for commitment.
  • Onboarding and support — onboarding fees and premium support are priced separately.

Is there a free trial?

No self-serve trial is offered. Mindtickle’s site routes to demos and an AI role play sample. Its terms allow trials at the company’s discretion under a signed order.

What changed in 2026

On 21 April 2026 Mindtickle launched ElevateOS, which it calls an agentic operating system for revenue enablement, bundling AI Tutor, AI Roleplay, AI Manager Coach, AI Content Creation, Deal Guides, an AI Simulator and Copilot. Pricing pages written before that date describe a different product line-up. The vendor now uses “Conversation Intelligence” and “Call AI” rather than “Revenue Intelligence”.

Is Mindtickle worth the price?

For a large enablement team that needs training, content, conversation intelligence and readiness scoring in one platform, a contract around the Vendr median buys a broad, well-reviewed suite; the vendor cites a 4.7/5 rating from 2,401 G2 reviews. It is harder to justify if you only need one piece. If the problem is how reps come across under pressure rather than what they know, a dedicated rehearsal tool is a narrower place to start. EchoDepth for Sales measures that dimension — see EchoDepth vs Mindtickle and how EchoDepth is priced.
